I just had to share my bliss this Saturday morning - guess what came in the mail!  I ordered 3 sourdough loaves to MN and it all worked flawlessly - the order, the shipping, the tracking, on time arrival … and this morning I gently sliced my bread and sat in my kitchen honoring the loaf with some grass fed butter and an apricot jam - first piece just butter and bread - and the next with some jam.  Man oh man oh man.  Delish.

But the crescendo moment came when I put it into my freezer and then opened the freezer a short time later only to see BONTE BAKERY in my MINNESOTA freezer.  I almost cried!  Tears of joy.

I'm lucky enough to be local so I get this bread almost every week! I slice it thin and freeze it- the quality is just as good as fresh.  I LOVE this bread! It tastes and feels like real sourdough bread. I also love the buckwheat boule and the country loaf. AND- I just tried the pizza crust and it's delicious as well- even my picky nephew thought it was a regular thin crust pizza.
