Below is what we are looking for, thank you for any help you can provide and for supporting Bontè Bakery. 

• Around 1200 square feet

• Sufficient electricity (our bread ovens require 120 or so amps, less if there is 3-phase electrical, which is ideal)

• Plumbing for a 3 basin sink and bathroom

• A means to get at least a short truck in for flour deliveries

• Within 30 minutes of Montpelier (would travel further for an ideal spot)

• Location with retail potential preferable but not required
